You purchase this service as a SaaS subscription through the Microsoft Commercial Marketplace. Microsoft is the merchant of record for the subscription: Microsoft handles billing, taxes, invoicing, refunds, plan changes, and cancellation under the Microsoft Customer Agreement and the Microsoft Commercial Marketplace terms that you accepted when subscribing.
Modern Support Consult (operated by LuiT) is the publisher of the offer and the technical service provider. Your relationship for billing and refunds is with Microsoft; your relationship for product behavior, support, and data processing is with us.
To manage, change, or cancel your subscription, use the Azure Portal → SaaS subscriptions blade for the tenant that owns the subscription.
