In the Microsoft Commercial Marketplace lane, Microsoft is the merchant of record for the subscription and processes all payment instruments, taxes, invoices, and refunds. MSC/LuiT does not engage a separate payment processor for this lane.

Notification of changes
We will publish updates to this list before a new subprocessor begins processing customer personal data. Customers may object on reasonable data protection grounds via the support contact referenced by their engagement.
